COMPETENCE

As Chief Executive Officer, Samuel Danilowitsch is responsible for all aspects of operational leadership; business development and client care.

Samuel brings deep experience that equally combines complex financial and corporate transactions and international trade and investment; often focused on emerging markets.

He has first-hand M&A and IPO experience and, during his career, has come to understand the crucial importance of due diligence; mutual trust and confidence; and compliance with the highest international ethical standards.

VITA

Samuel began his career as a legal adviser in a multinational business in the extractives sector; including legal management of overseas contracts and corporate finance. This included his involvement in the co-ordination of a multi-billion- dollar IPO on the London Stock Exchange.

After this, Samuel focused on his own investment career which has spanned: asset development; oil and gas investment; commodities and technology trading; and aviation finance and sales.

Raised in Germany (and a German citizen), Samuel was later educated in London; he obtained a law degree from London’s City university and graduated from the London College of law.
